Private beta · Onboarding our first early-access customers
Stock, orders and branches in one place.
Misaaya is cloud inventory software for multi-branch retailers and wholesalers in India. One live stock figure per item per branch, purchase orders raised against real demand, and GST invoices without a second round of data entry.
- 14-day trial, no card required
- Runs in the browser, nothing to install
- Your data stays in India
The spreadsheet stops working at branch two
It works fine for one shop. Add a second location and the same three problems turn up every time.
Every branch keeps its own file
Three branches means three stock sheets, three versions of the truth, and a phone call to find out whether an item is actually available.
Reordering happens too late
Nobody notices a fast-moving item has run down until a customer asks for it. The purchase order goes out a week after it should have.
Nobody knows what stock is worth
Capital sits in slow-moving items that were over-ordered months ago, and there is no report that shows it without a day of manual work.
What's in Misaaya
Six modules that cover the operations side of a multi-branch retail or wholesale business.
Getting started
Three steps, and none of them involve re-typing your stock list.
- 01
Bring your existing list
Import items, opening stock, suppliers and customers from the spreadsheet you already keep. We run the first import with you so opening balances reconcile.
- 02
Add your branches and staff
Each branch gets its own stock figures. Staff get access scoped to the branch they work in, and every change they make is recorded.
- 03
Bill, reorder and report from one place
Issue GST invoices at the counter, let reorder alerts tell you what to buy, and pull branch-by-branch numbers without building a pivot table.
Infrastructure
Built on AWS, in the Mumbai region
Misaaya runs entirely on Amazon Web Services in Asia Pacific (Mumbai) · ap-south-1. Your business data — stock, invoices, customer ledgers — is stored and backed up inside India and does not leave the region.
We list what is running today separately from what is on the build plan, because a distributor deciding where to keep their stock ledger deserves to know the difference.
| Service | Role | Status |
